EMBA is not just a degree, it`s a new level of thinking
Today, my business is growing not just through operational improvements, but thanks to strategic decisions I’ve learned to make. Where I used to think in terms of “here and now,” I now see opportunities where others see risks.
Did I have doubts before enrolling? Yes.
Were my expectations met? More than that.
EMBA is an investment that pays off not only in financial terms but also in the quality of leadership, scale of thinking, and confidence in the future.

In 1994, I graduated from the philosophical and economic faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh State University. It was a time not only of the collapse of the USSR and the transition to a market economy but also a time of new opportunities.
In all the years before enrolling in the Executive MBA program, I worked in high positions, made important decisions, and constantly engaged in self-education. However, since I did not have a specific business education, doubts arose about whether I was doing everything correctly.
My studies in EMBA confirmed that I was moving in the right direction with self-education and making the right decisions. This gave me tremendous professional confidence and maturity as a first leader, providing a foundation for further development and growth, and courage in making difficult decisions.

The comprehensive curriculum of the program helped me gain the necessary skills I needed to succeed in this area. One of my most cherished memories from the program is the bond I formed with my classmates.
